Agreement to Terms
By hiring FairRock Pico Rivera Landscaping for any services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before we start work on your property. If you have questions, just give us a call at (323) 220-8275.
Services We Provide
We offer professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and more. Each project is different, so we will discuss the specific scope of work with you before we begin.
The services we perform will match what we agree on in your quote or contract. If you need changes during the project, we will discuss any additional costs before moving forward.
Payment Terms
We require a deposit for most projects before work begins. The amount depends on the size and scope of your project. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Final payment is due when the work is completed to your satisfaction. For ongoing maintenance services, we bill monthly and payment is due within 15 days of receiving your invoice.
Cancellations and Changes
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee to cover our scheduling costs.
If you want to make changes to the project after work has started, we will provide a revised quote for any additional work needed.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work areas on your property. Please move any vehicles, outdoor furniture, or items that might be in the way. If we cannot access the work area, we may need to reschedule.
We take safety seriously. Please keep children and pets indoors or away from work areas while our crew is on site. Let us know about any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or hidden hazards before we start.
Weather and Delays
Mother Nature does not always cooperate with our schedule. Heavy rain, extreme heat, or other weather conditions may delay your project. We will keep you updated and reschedule as soon as conditions improve. Weather delays do not affect your quoted price.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Most installations come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If something is not right, we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
Plant materials typically come with a 30-day guarantee, provided you follow our care instructions. Sod installations are guaranteed for 14 days with proper watering. We cannot warranty plants or sod if they are not watered according to our recommendations.
Liability
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for your protection. In the unlikely event that we damage your property, we will repair or replace it. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden items that were not marked or disclosed to us before work began.
Disputes
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If any issues come up, please talk to us first so we can make things right. Most problems can be resolved with a simple conversation.
